Mr. Jackson, a native of Jackson, MS, received intensive training while matriculating through prestigious institutions such as the Academic and Performing Arts Complex, Ballet Mississippi, The International Ballet Competition and The Juilliard School. A graduate from the University of Southern Mississippi, he holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and has recently received his Master of Fine Arts degree from Florida State University. As a professional, he devoted several years as a Principal Dancer with the internationally known modern dance company, Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Ensemble. As an instructor, Mr. Jackson has taught and continues to teach and choreograph on various schools and summer workshops throughout the U.S. and abroad.
